Your 5700G has a PPT of 88W, a max boost clock of 4.6 (I think?), and a thermal limit of probably 90 or 95C. The 3700x will run up to 85c happily and will then start to thermal throttle ,and its max temp is 95c. My guess is you will get into the 80s running cinebench. The safe Ryzen 3600 temperature range is 40C to 75C or 104F to 203F. Keeping yourRyzen 3600 at the lower end of the temperature is going to be the best bet for most people. When it is idle, it absolutely should be on the lower end of that value. The higher it is when it is idle, the higher it will be when it is under a heavy load such as gaming..
